I curl my hair with a 25mm curling wand. I put the wand upside down and wrap hair around it. When I release the curl, I hold it in my hand to let it cool, which creates a more defined curl. I curl the top sections of my hair first and move the already curled pieces out of the way to do the bottom layers. When I'm done I run my fingers through my hair to create a looser curl.
